Nepalese rice pudding or Kheer is a popular dessert in Nepal and an integral part of Nepalese custom & traditions. Kheer can be cooked up in various different ways, below is our take on how to cook up a “delicious Nepalese dessert” at home.   Ingredients 1 cups rice (Arborio makes a good Kheer) 1 litre full cream milk 200 gm sweetened condensed milk 1 tablespoon Ghee (clarified butter) 1 tablespoon chopped dry fruits 1 tablespoon chopped almond/cashews/grated dry coconut 5-6 cardamom pods sliced Steps In a big container, pour milk and sweetened condensed milk & wait until it boils In the meantime mix rice with ghee using your hand.
